Ordering & Shipping
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is complete.
If you have not received your order confirmation please check your junk mail. If still not received please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Order Not Received
We will do our best to get your products to you as soon as possible! However, if your order has not reached you within 10 days of processing, please email email@example.com with the subject line: ORDER NOT RECEIVED. Please include your order number so we can assist you.
Please expect a delay in shipping during peak periods including launches and promotions.
We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, Wine Down Beauty Skin Care reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, you must email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt with the subject line: DAMAGED. Please include photos of the damaged product and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. Someone will get back to you within 48 hours.
We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible so unfortunately cancellation requests cannot be considered. Please take extra care when selecting your items.
