Happy Holidays. October flew by so fast and we’re pretty much at the end of the year. Despite the many ups and downs of 2020 there’s still so much to be thankful for and November reminds us of just that. We always hear “count your blessings” but in all honesty after everything we’ve endured this year, we also need to take inventory. And what exactly does that mean? It means really checking in with yourself and assessing your strengths and determining where you may have fallen short. While there are certain things that are out of our control; once we get caught slippin’, we can’t ever slip like that again. We have to stay two steps ahead, that's the only way. The one good thing about tragic events is that they help us to grow by exposing areas in which we may have been unaware that we were lacking. It’s the perspective for me. There’s a post that says “We see what we want based on the windows we choose to sit in front of” and I couldn’t agree more. You could see the wine glass half full or empty.
When we choose to view our setbacks as opportunities that we’re thankful for, we can bounce back even harder. We can choose to give up or we can choose to come up and if we choose to come up we have to have a plan that starts with taking inventory of what we have to work with so we know what still needs to be worked on. When you know better, you do better. Even our Wine Down Beauty team had to reassess and readjust to the new normal and when we took inventory we came back fully stocked and ready for our Holiday sales....cause we thought somebody who's been waiting to try out our products said something! This season is perfect, especially with the winter coming you'll want to keep your skin moisturized and we have exactly what you need!
